Ingredients

  • Baby Peppers

  • Olive Oil

  • Seasoning

    • Use your favorite seasoning, below are some that we like to use

    • Salt & Pepper

    • Steak Seasoning and Garlic Salt

Instructions

Peppers can be cooked on the stove in a cast iron skillet or directly on an outdoor grill.

  1. Spray Cast Iron Skillet or Grill with Olive Oil

  2. Drizzle Peppers with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  3. Sprinkle with all seasoning on both sides: Salt & Pepper, Steak Seasoning, Garlic Salt, etc.

  4. Cast Iron Method: Heat skillet until it’s nice & hot, cook for about 4 minutes on each side until peppers start to char

  5. Outdoor Grill Method: Place peppers directly on hot grill, cook for about 4 minutes on each side until peppers start to char
