Grand Canyon

The Grand Canyon is a MUST see!

I don’t think any photo can show how spectacular the Grand Canyon really is - you must see it with your own eyes!

Here are a few pictures from our trip. We were there during the fire at the North Rim, luckily we were hiking and staying at the South Rim. We were told that there is so much damage due to the fire, that the North Rim will be closed for the next 5-7 years. But that should not stop you from going. The South Rim is open and is definitely worth the trip!

We highly recommend seeing the Grand Canyon with a guide! Not only did our guide talk about interesting facts, she also made sure we stayed hydrated, knew where all the rest stops were, and kept us safe when we ran across a couple of wild big horned sheep.
