Easy Cheese “Chips”

Craving potato chips, but don’t want the carbs? These cheese “chips” are a great substitution.

And only 1 ingredient - CHEESE!

Ingredients

  • Sargento ULTRA THIN Cheese Slices

    * If you can’t find Ultra Thin, regular slices will work, just add about 10-15 more minutes of cooking time*

    • Cheddar, Colby or Pepper Jack

    • I tried swiss & I don’t recommend

  • Parchment Paper

Right out of the oven

Directions

  1. Preheat Over to 250

  2. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper

  3. Cut each slice of cheese into 4 square & place on cookie sheet

  4. Bake for 35 minutes

  5. Let cool completely to get crisp & crunchy
