Easy Cheese “Chips”
Craving potato chips, but don’t want the carbs? These cheese “chips” are a great substitution.
And only 1 ingredient - CHEESE!
Ingredients
Sargento ULTRA THIN Cheese Slices
* If you can’t find Ultra Thin, regular slices will work, just add about 10-15 more minutes of cooking time*
Cheddar, Colby or Pepper Jack
I tried swiss & I don’t recommend
Parchment Paper
Right out of the oven
Directions
Preheat Over to 250
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
Cut each slice of cheese into 4 square & place on cookie sheet
Bake for 35 minutes
Let cool completely to get crisp & crunchy
